Other NLP Info on the WebThere are many great sources of information on NLP on the web. In my wanderings I have come across quite a few and this is an occasional series on what's good out there. I don't expect everyone to agree but that's ok by me. I expect the worlds of Wikipedia
, Youtube, Facebook and the alike are familiar to you. As such I will not be talking about them much. I'm sure you are more than capable of investigating them for yourself. I will avoid any websites that are just to plug stuff as I'm sure you see to many of these already!
Hope you find something to interest you. KG 10/10/11

If you're not a member you can also read it on line at the "Issuu" magazine website. The magazine itself is full of articles about NLP as well as advertising for courses etc. There are even back copies going back to 2005! Issuu also has many trade magazines from around the world to cover other interests and is worth a browse. http://issuu.com/rapportmag/docs NLP Level : All levels |
Fri 14th October 2011.NLP articles by John David Hoag
I came across this excellent series of articles by John David Hoag while looking for information on the Meta Model. The NLP Meta Model article is particularly good and bolstered by a learning aid "Meta Model Flashcards" which gives all the Meta Model definitions together with examples and challenges. www.nlpls.com/articles/index.php NLP Level : All levels |
Fri 14th October 2011.Encyclopedia of NLPThis NLP Encyclopedia is a massive work produced by Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier for the NLP University Press. Here they have collected 1500+ pages of knowledge on all aspects of NLP (and some other topics related to NLP). The Encyclopedia is organised in alphabetic volumes making it easy to access and each volume has an index making finding stuff a doddle. There are biographies of leading NLP figures, descriptions of techniques, definitions of terms and much more besides. Probably the greatest single NLP resource on the Web - and it's all free. They have put a limit of viewing 25 pages a day but this will probably not be a limitation for most I imagine. The style is relaxed academic with some illustrations. http://nlpuniversitypress.com/index.html NLP Level : All levels |
Wed 12th October 2011.Anchor Point Magazine
This site is mostly dedicated to the sadly now defunct Anchor Point magazine. Started By Tim Hallbom and Suzi Smith in the 1980s, the website is full of interesting articles from the magazine from well known NLP authors such as : John Grinder, Steve and Connirae Andreas, Dr. Richard Bolstad, Shelle Rose Charvet and so on. Each article is presented as a pdf page in the format that it originally appeared in the magazine. Note that although there is a searchable list of articles, most are not available as PDFs. However they can sometimes befound on the authors own website. Those that are available are generally excellent and informative. www.nlpanchorpoint.com NLP Level : Mixed, mostly Practitioner and above |
